About This Cause
We provide high-quality, faith-based, and community-focused facilities with programs and services to impact communities in Northwest Indiana, bettering their physical, mental, and spiritual health. Our vision is to Connect People…Body, Soul, and Spirit. Through our community events, classes, and programs, we interact with people, build relationships, and connect them to resources in the community. A study completed by Crane and Gray Consultants, on behalf of the Jasper Newton Foundation, highlights many strategies including programs, services, and applications for a thriving community. After reading this study, we discovered it was overwhelmingly evident that The Connection Center has been and continues to address many of the strategies proposed for growth, family well-being, health, and being a “Third Place” for the community to gather with lives already being impacted. We’re already reaching the community in four quadrants of core principles through our “Health & Wellness” and “The Rec” facilities. Through your support, many more people can be connected to the resources they need to live a healthier, more balanced life. As stated previously, our mission is to Connect People…Body, Soul, and Spirit. We want to give people in Northwest Indiana a place to build relationships, encourage one another, and be connected to the resources they may need for mental, physical, financial, and spiritual health. You are always welcome to visit our facilities and take a first-hand look at how you can join in sharing the same vision and mission within the communities we reach. We would be glad to answer any questions you have regarding our programs and services. We have included additional information highlighting the needs and how partners in the community can make it possible to increase the opportunities for rural towns in Northern Indiana.
