Mission Statement
Our mission is to give small human services nonprofits the support they need through free consulting and professional services. We help nonprofits that focus primarily on food and water security, disaster response, or violence prevention.
About This Cause
We work with our partners to understand their business needs and create a strategy that will improve their operations or their programs. We have a community of volunteers that help our partners execute this strategy. A key part of our services is creating institutional knowledge for our partners; we create playbooks and standard operating procedures to help them continue to be successful after our time with them is over. We also focus on training a subject matter expert who will be able to make sure that positive changes stay in effect. As with all of our programs, we do this at no cost to our partners.
