About This Cause
The Linnton Community Center is a drop-in style enrichment program for children in K-8 with a STEM/STEAM focus; we will be running a 10-week themed Summer Camp Program from June 16th – August 22nd. We put out breakfast items in the morning and provide two healthy snacks daily. We take the children on field trips daily, including swimming twice weekly. We use a 15-passenger van and a 12-passenger van to transport the children. The week of Aug. 11th - 15th, the theme will be LEGO Robotics. This is when we could use support from a volunteer or two, to teach the children.
