About This Cause
White Bird Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center or "FQHC" that receives funds from the Health Resources and Services Administration "HRSA" Health Center Program to provide primary care services in underserved areas. We operate several programs to ensure everyone in our community can have their most basic needs met no matter what. Our most current list of programs includes White Bird Clinic: Medical @ 1400 Mill Street, Dental @ 1415 Pearl Street, Chrysalis Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program @ 350 E 11th, Crisis Hotline @ 990 W 7th Ave, Front Rooms survival supply and mail services @ 341 E 12th Ave *is currently undergoing renovations and so services are found next door @ 323 E 12th Ave*, Navigation Empowerment Services Team (NEST) @ 323 E 12th Ave, HOOTS "Helping Out Our Teens in Schools" program @ high schools in Lane County, and CAHOOTS "Crisis Assistance Helping Out On The Streets" mobile crisis intervention program for Eugene and Springfield.
