Transition Projects provides individuals with the services, resources and tools they need to end their homelessness, secure housing, and maintain that housing.

About This Cause

Transition Projects assists more than 10,000 people in Portland each year as they transition from homelessness to housing. Through comprehensive programs that range from basic services at our Day Center, to our shelter and housing programs, to our support services, we house more than 1,000 people each year.
