Mission Statement
Celebrating 60 years in Portland, the “Singing Christmas Tree” features the wonderful voices of one of the largest choir in Oregon. Our mission is to spread the message of the true meaning of Christmas. We also support those less fortunate than us by gifting tickets to a performance, so they may receive the message of Love, Hope, Peace and Joy. We are a 501(c)(3) organization.
About This Cause
Portland’s Singing Christmas Tree is proud to be in our 60th season, bringing the joy of Christmas to all ages. This two-hour musical production showcases both contemporary and traditional holiday music performed by over 250 adult and youth choir voices, and special numbers by local actors and musicians. From the cinematic living nativity, to our original arrangements of Christmas songs and a rich, immersive experience of sound and light will delight everyone, from the young to young-at-heart. We are a 501(c)(3) organization. We give back to the community by gifting tickets to organizations that help with people in need, bringing the message of "Love, Hope, Peace, and Joy" to everyone.
