Mission Statement
WSC Mission: To provide a safe facility which supports peer-based 12 Step Recovery programs, sponsor sober activities, provide service opportunities and foster a healthy return to family, work and community for those who suffer from addiction.
About This Cause
Recovery Club of Beaverton, dba Westside Service Center has been serving the greater Beaverton/Aloha area for 39 years, providing a safe meeting place for alcoholics, addicts, hoarders, overeaters as well as providing free food in the form of bread products and other food products when available for those in need. WSC currently has 37 meetings a week scheduled, as well as many other activities such as potlucks, games, camp outs, picnics and a general celebration of a spiritual (not religious) way of living. All of our meetings and the board of WSC are managed by volunteers. 100% of any donations go towards our mission. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
