Mission Statement

Edúcate Ya is a Portland-based Latino/a/x nonprofit with a mission to facilitate multi-cultural exchange and address the integration challenges faced by the diverse Latino/a/x communities in Oregon through bilingual health, leadership and education programs.

About This Cause

We offer free programs to help educate and create awareness about social, economic, and health concerns in Latino communities souch as: • AVANZA - a Latino/a/x youth leadership/mentorship program • Educadores de Salud - Bilingual HIV & AIDS prevention and education • Latino/a/x Cultural Awareness Events and Programs • Intercambio; - English/Spanish language exchange • Educadores de Reciclaje - a bilingual recycling education program.
