About This Cause
InclusiYoga is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making yoga accessible to individuals of all abilities and backgrounds. Our programs are designed to foster inclusivity and promote well-being within the community. Our offerings include: inclusiyoga.org Chair Yoga: Ideal for individuals with mobility challenges, this program offers seated and standing poses with the support of a chair. inclusiyoga.org Community Yoga: We host open-to-all classes in public spaces, parks, and community centers to ensure yoga is accessible to everyone.
