Mission Statement
Agomoni is a non-profit social, cultural, religious, and educational organization. The purpose of the association will be to preserve, enhance, and share the cultural heritage of Bengali people.
About This Cause
Bengalis are an ethnolinguistic group culturally affiliated with Bangladesh and the Indian state of West Bengal. We have a rich history of literature, tradition, and festivities that dates back centuries. Agomoni's mission is to share this legacy through social events with our community in the greater Seattle region. The association also embraces and encourages multiculturalism and will remain open to any member of the society who is interested in Bengali culture.
