Mission Statement
Community organizations are the beating heart of Seattle–bringing equity, compassion, and desperately needed help to people in need. We believe that if these noble organizations were equipped with the same tools and advantages enjoyed by our largest tech companies, they would be more effective in their missions, and our world would be a much better place. Our mission is to build and give away these tools, supercharging every civic nonprofit.
About This Cause
Digital Aid Seattle partners with other nonprofits to amplify their impact and to uplift communities through the power of technology. Our values Excellence: Striving for professional excellence means taking an uncompromising approach to the service we endeavor to provide. We ensure the utmost quality in what we deliver. Efficacy: What we do will have impact. We will apply the pareto principle (and other frameworks) to ensure that we are optimizing our efforts at every step in our process from engagement to delivery. Efficiency: We work with a steady and speedy cadence whenever possible. We maintain a MLP (minimum loveable product) mindset without sacrificing the quality of our work. Our vision We envision a network of highly functional nonprofits in the Puget Sound area, working in tandem with one another and with the municipal government in order to enable the highest echelon of public service. Through our team of highly skilled, motivated, and caring volunteers, we're able to serve the needs of Seattle non-profits.
