Mission Statement
To provide tangible opportunities for women and girls to race bikes and to develop smart, confident athletes.
About This Cause
We are building a community of racers throughout the PNW. Proactive engagement (first to wave and greet) on the road and at races and facilitate and create entry points into racing for women. We show up for each other and share freely what we have and what we know (watts & wisdom). We have a one-on-one mentorship program for our junior members to foster rider development and confidence on and off the bike. We need to cover race entry fees and race kit for novice and junior riders and raise team funds to cover entry fees for 3 targeted team races. We strive to annually introduce 6+ women/girls to team road racing. We also plan to host a road race in 2025!
