Mission Statement

Portland Council operates the PTA Clothing Center and Student Aid Fund to assist students at Portland Public Schools with clothing needs, eyeglasses, shoes and other items necessary for student attendance and success. We serve over 2000 students each school year. All work is performed by volunteers and with generous donor assistance.
