About This Cause
Established in 1872, Mercy Retirement and Care Center is a continuing-care retirement community (CCRC) situated on a lush campus in Oakland. We proudly provide assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services to meet a wide array of healthcare needs. The Mercy community, built on a foundation of faith, dignity, and compassion, remains at the forefront of our work through dedication to caring for every aspect of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. We also run the Mercy Brown Bag Program which delivers 2 bags of groceries to over 9000 older adults in Alameda county every month.
