About This Cause
Since 1957, Cityteam has been serving people in extreme poverty and helping them transform their lives, families and communities where they live. Today with the help of volunteers and donors, Cityteam is impacting the lives of over 500,000 people each year here in the United States with a variety of vital programs including shelters, food boxes, familiy services, recovery programs, and Heritage Home, long-term compassionate care for homeless, poor or abandoned women who are pregnant and have no where else to turn but the streets. At Cityteam, stewardship is an integral part of everything we do -because we recognize that every resource entrusted to us can save a life in our community with dignity and grace.
