Mission Statement
Pacific Heights Residents Association (PHRA) is a member-supported, non-profit volunteer organization of residents, merchants, and property owners working to preserve and promote the unique neighborhood character and quality of life in San Francisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood through education, outreach, advocacy, and activism.

Pacific Heights Residents Association (PHRA) is a member-supported, non-profit volunteer organization of residents, merchants, and property owners working to preserve and promote the unique neighborhood character and quality of life in San Francisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood through education, outreach, advocacy, and activism. PHRA sponsors meetings with local elected officials, informs members and friends of the organization about events and issues of interest to the neighborhood, maintains a website and event calendar with resources of interest to members of the neighborhood; co-sponsors neighborhood clean-ups and other activities, and organizes other meetings and outreach as appropriate for specific issues.
