Hospice of San Joaquin is a not-for-profit - Joint Commission Accredited agency established in 1980. When cure is no longer an option, and medical care must change from cure to comfort, hospice care offers comfort and support. Hospice services include comprehensive and compassionate medical care, counseling and symptom management.
About This Cause
Hospice of San Joaquin is available to help with a comprehensive plan of care that is designed in partnership with the patient, the patient's family and physician to maximize the patient's quality of life. When a cure or treatment are no longer available to us as options, Hospice is there to provide expert and compassionate care. From the beginning, Hospice of San Joaquin is committed to affirm life, provide choices, and allow control, until natural end-of-life process occurs.
