Mission Statement

RNHS has been serving families since 1981 established by local residents to address redlining it's mission is to secure housing for low to moderate income families. RNHS is a property manager / owner of homes that are available for rental; RNHS also advocates for homeownership by acquiring and developing homes that are sold to first time home buyers at an affordable price- RNHS advocates on behalf of communities considered poor to ensure programs and policies are relevant to the populations these initiatives are designed to support.

RNHS looks for support in the following way: Board participation Fund raising to support property acquisition and grant dollars to assist first time home buyers with down payment and closing cost assistance Volunteers- to support events, projects and programs
