Mission Statement
Lambert House empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning through the development of leadership, social, and life skills.
About This Cause
Lambert House is a safe place for queer youth ages 10-22. Our calendar is packed with fun activities, support groups, planning meetings, dances, and other events. Lambert House is where life gets better for LGBTQ+ youth! Everyday, approximately 35 youth visit us. The drop-in center has a full kitchen, living room with a pool table, a stereo for tunes, a library with queer books, TV, games, and people to talk with about anything. Youth can join a support group, join an activity, talk with a supportive adult, use our computer lab, get dinner, shoot pool, play games, or whatever they want to do. A quick and easy way for you to help us provide a safe place for LGBTQ youth is to donate via your Workplace Giving Program. First, see if Lambert House is listed and then designate Lambert House to ensure that we receive 100% of your donation. If Lambert House is not listed, write in Lambert House.
