Mission Statement
At Junipero Serra Elementary School in San Francisco, students will acquire a well-rounded educational foundation necessary for success in life. Students will be supported as they develop a sense of responsibility and pride in their cultural heritage and their achievements. A strong caring school community will work together towards the academic success of all students.
About This Cause
The Parent Teacher Association is an organization made up of parents and teachers at Junipero Serra Elementary School. The primary goals of the organization are to enhance the education experience for all students and teachers, and to build a vibrant community within and around the school. The Junipero Serra PTA was founded in 1943 and has coordinated funding and volunteer effort to neighborhood kids for generations.
