InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. InterPlay leads participants to movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement. In the process, we discover the wisdom in ourselves and our communities.
About This Cause
Today, your donation will be generously matched by Benevity! Body Wisdom is offering online connections world-wide in order to flatten the curve of COVID-19. Body Wisdom recognizes that humans need each other for survival and at this time we especially need spacious connection for ourselves and the planet. We are training our InterPlay leaders to offer online workshops engaging people in their stories, sounds, movements, and stillness. Participants are guided to listen to their own body wisdom and release the tension and stress that so many of us are feeling during these transitional times. With your donation, you are supporting the work we are doing to help hundreds of freelance artists who are now shifting their in-person experiences to online experiences, as well as our general operating expenses.
