Mission Statement
Our mission is to support and strengthen the educational experience of all Berkeley High School students by raising and distributing funds. Berkeley High School Development Group (BHSDG) partners with the Berkeley High School administration, the Berkeley Athletic Fund, Berkeley Public Schools Foundation, and leadership from Berkeley High School small learning communities to target funds efficiently.
About This Cause
Berkeley High School Development Group supports Berkeley High School with funding for After School Tutoring available to all students, Classroom Needs Grants for teachers, and a Student Planner for each student each year. We also grant funds for specific projects proposed by teachers, Administrators and students for specific projects. All funding comes from donations from student families, alumnus, and BHS supporters in the Berkeley community.
