About This Cause
For over 160 years, St. Mary's Medical Center has provided excellent medical care to the people of San Francisco and the Bay Area, regardless of their ability to pay. With 24-hour life-saving emergency care and renowned medical and surgical services, the hospital is also a specialist in adolescent mental health services. There are two teen programs: a day treatment partnership with the SF Unified School District to provide accredited high school classes and intense therapies, and the only San Francisco acute psychiatric unit for 12-18 year olds. Your charitable tax-deductible gift helps our dedicated doctors, nurses, and staff to continue healing lives and building hope. Our areas of excellence are teen psychiatry, cardiology, oncology, physical medicine, diabetes, stroke care, and other critical and primary care.
