Mission Statement
Financial literacy and work readiness are essential real life skills. And Junior Achievement of San Diego and Imperial Counties has taught these skills to nearly 600,000 young people since the founding of our JA office in 1950.
About This Cause
Junior Achievement of San Diego County provides programs that are custom-designed for each grade level starting at kindergarten and ending in the 12th grade, and our dedicated adult volunteers bring the JA programs to life! Our model city for 5th graders JA BizTown gives 10-year-olds the opportunity to be adults for the day, running real businesses and striving to make a profit.
