Mission Statement
At Corona-Norco and Eastvale United Way we are focused on creating community-based and community-led solutions that strengthen the cornerstones for a good quality of life: education, financial stability and health.
About This Cause
Education: Corona-Norco United Way has accepted this challenge by launching our Path to Sucess Program. This program focuses on providing classroom style lectures, needs assessment, future academic planning and scholarships to adults in our community who would like to attain their General Education Diploma (GED). Health: Family Support Services (FSS) focuses on providing crisis intervention, needs assessment, safety planning, and psycho-education to adults and children who are victims of domestic violence. Launched in January 2016, the program offers support to our clients in immediate or imminent danger of being hurt by an intimate partner or to children who are abused, neglected or have witnessed family violence.
