Located on 161 acres in the mountains near Julian, CA, Whispering Winds offers Family Camps, Special Needs Families Camp, Young Adult Retreats, Senior Retreats, and partners with many other non-profits catering to the underserved. The facilities are available on a rental basis to groups who want to plan their own retreat or camp experience as well.
