About This Cause
To achieve its mission, HeartMath provides research along with simple, practical and reliable tools and technologies that enable people to align and connect their heart, mind and emotions to produce transformative outcomes—with more flow and less stress. It is this alignment and connection that awakens the higher mental, emotional and spiritual capacities that are dormant within all of us. They empower us to move beyond self-limiting actions or beliefs, have deeper and more meaningful relationships, and experience the fulfillment that comes from genuine heart connections with others.
