Mission Statement
The mission of Westchester Del Rey Little League is to provide a community-based environment that supports an opportunity for all players to participate, to have fun, to learn sportsmanship and respect, and to learn the rules and strategies of the game. All Parents, Managers, Coaches and League Officials shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or winning of games is secondary. By espousing the virtues of character, courage, and loyalty, WDRLL strives to develop citizens rather than superior athletes.
About This Cause
We are entering our 49th softball season in 2023. We provide softball and t-ball for about 300 of our local community children. During our season we offer a clean and safe environment for children to learn the fundamentals of softball and t-ball. Our league supports the ages of 4-16. We are supported by approximately 100 volunteers committing to various positions Board Members, Team Managers, Coaches, Field Maintenance, Concession Stand.
