About This Cause
The Conrad Avenue Arts Foundation, also known as The CAAF, is a qualified charitable nonprofit organization. A dynamic team of passionate, working professionals and dedicated parent volunteers with a diverse range of expertise and a shared commitment to the power of the arts. They bring a wealth of experience in areas such as philanthropy, community engagement, and organizational development. Each board member is driven by a deep belief in the transformative impact of the arts, and together, they work tirelessly to ensure the mission thrives. Through strategic guidance, advocacy, and hands-on involvement, our board plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization, the Creative Performing Media Arts Middle School, and the San Diego communities we serve. Our purpose is to fill the gap in arts education by enhancing the educational experience through beneficial support to both staff and students. Through our efforts, we aim to enrich the school environment and inspire students to explore their artistic passions, develop essential skills, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for the Arts. The Creative Performing Media Arts Middle School (CPMA), is a grade level 6-8 Title 1 (77%) public, tuition-free arts-focused Magnet school serving 672 students and their families from over 60+ zip codes across San Diego County.
