Arabella is more than a wellness center; we're a community devoted to women who serve others—women veterans, educators, and healthcare professionals—offering tailored solutions that fit seamlessly into their demanding lifestyles.
About This Cause
We are a North Texas-based nonprofit committed to enhancing the well-being of women—especially women veterans, educators, and healthcare professionals—through curated wellness programs and educational initiatives. Our trauma-informed, strengths-based, and equity-centered approach ensures that every woman has access to the tools and support she needs to thrive. Our Impact By 2035, Arabella aims to serve 5,000 distinct clients, helping them achieve an 80% or higher WHO-5 Wellbeing Index Score. Our curated wellness programs integrate mental health support, yoga therapy, oral health education, and nutrition coaching to provide a holistic approach to well-being. Our Services Mental Health Support – Evidence-based therapy to process trauma, alleviate stress, and foster emotional resilience. Yoga Therapy – Restorative practices designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and physical well-being. Oral Health Education – Sessions that promote disease prevention and holistic health through proper care and hygiene. Nutrition Coaching – Personalized plans to enhance physical and mental health through mindful eating. Curated Wellness Programs – Tailored support through The Resiliency Pathways Program for women veterans and The Qavah Circle for perinatal wellness, offering flexible plans that meet the diverse needs of the women we serve.
