Mission Statement
UAid Direct USA, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in 2024. Our organization was founded with the belief that every act of kindness can create a ripple effect of hope and resilience. UAid Direct USA provides assistance in the form of financial grants to help support the dedicated volunteers on the ground. In this way, we are able to assist in providing immediate and effective humanitarian relief to the victims of the unprovoked conflict with Russia.
