The Women’s Premier Basketball Association Foundation is committed to elevating women’s basketball while addressing the generational wealth gap and fostering upward mobility. Through a focus on economic development, education, entrepreneurship, health access and equity, and financial literacy, we strive to empower athletes and the communities we proudly serve.

The Women’s Premier Basketball Association Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating transformational opportunities for women in basketball while uplifting the communities they come from. As the charitable arm of the WPBA, the Foundation serves as a catalyst for change—leveraging the power of sport to drive economic development, education, entrepreneurship, health access and equity, and financial literacy. We are more than a league—we are a movement to close the generational wealth gap and foster upward mobility for women athletes. Through community-based clinics, youth development programs, mentorship, leadership training, and financial empowerment initiatives, we provide athletes with the tools to succeed both on and off the court. By investing in women, we strengthen families, neighborhoods, and future generations.
