Ending poverty through job creation, education & empowerment - starting with Haiti. *Chi Alpha partners as the fiscal sponsor for Elisha C. Foundation.
About This Cause
The Elisha C. Foundation envisions a poverty-free world. We believe in bringing economic stability by empowering the people and establishing sustainable programs that will become long-term solutions to alleviating poverty. We want to see lasting change. We are investing in an unknown village called Fond Doux, 50 miles west of Port-au-prince, Haiti. We help sponsor a children’s home, a feeding program, and a free medical clinic for pregnant women. We have also established a scholarship program for the village, sponsoring students from preschool to university. We are putting Haiti in the hands of Haitians. *Chi Alpha has been bringing teams to Fond Doux for over 18 years and is now the fiscal sponsor of Elisha C. Foundation. 100% of your donation will go directly to Haiti.
