Mission Statement
We are committed to Generosity, Respect, Acceptance, Compassion and Enthusiasm. We are a congregation of GRACE located at the crossroads of Rte 169 and Rte 6 in Brooklyn, Connecticut.
About This Cause
Founded as a federation of UCC and ABC ministry, we are committed to the worship of God, following the teachings of Jesus Christ. We believe in serving as an active part in the moral and religious life of our community as well as providing national and global charity through mission work. We are a welcoming sanctuary of faith and peace to all who wish to enter through our doors. Our Mission Committee works to provide needed assistance in areas such as heat, food, clothing and shelter to our local community. We work to provide charity for the hungry and downtrodden in Haiti and participate in causes like the Relay for Life, Neighbors in Need and Veterans of the Cross. Monies donated to the Federated Church of Christ will help us reach further and provide needed assistance for a larger group of people. We are careful and committed stewards of both the word of God and the donations we receive.
