Mission Statement
The school is a hybrid learning system (VOD, Interactive guidance / Q&A, and hands-on projects) that is teaching coursework as part of the community outreach of non-profit. The school is focusing on teaching a media production workflow for use with scripted content, but is primarily focused on live event coverage. The core of the live event coverage is a new ATSC 3.0 (NextGen TV) workflow that is being coordinated under our dba Global Open Sports activities. This activity includes partnership with over 40 commercial sector companies in broadcast and security, that will be documented as an IEEE Broadcast Technology Society Open Standard. The key point of the school and the creation of the open standard is to use Dual Worlds Church's global distribution network (https://TechnologyandLifestyle.com and https://TLNetwork.tv) as a platform for both educational instruction and the event content distribution in multi-language format. The certifications from the school are in the Open Standard workflow and will be performed by the representative companies to insure acceptance across the broadcast and media industries. The school is offering this instruction - including the hands on project and Q&A at no cost to the student to attend or acquire the tools. This is designed to help bring about parity in employment by under served communities. A short video on the school philosophy is at https://vimeo.com/537174390/d68bc1e62b
About This Cause
Dual Worlds Church (DWC) is the central operating organization inside Roadway Intelligence. DWC is focused on helping its community members reconnect with their faith in a higher power and through this reconnection, identify and reinvigorate their special talents and passion, along with having the opportunity to pursue these passions and utilize their talents for their personal benefit. The globalized cost of having a good life in the societal world, has raised the amount of time needed to be at work to pay for such a life, and has also made the cost of the infrastructure to allow people to pursue their dreams economically unobtainable for most people and especially for those in minority communities. The core outreach of DWC is to provide an accessible infrastructure to its community members to allow them to pursue their passions in Athletics, Health & Wellness, Music, Arts, Academia and Performance. The accessible infrastructure is planned to be available to our global community in three implementations: • Direct DWC Campuses • Reimagined DWC Community Campuses • DWC Member Partner Event Facilities The Direct DWC Campuses are the main DWC facilities that will be located near residential communities and contain key elements of the outreach program. The infrastructure will be made available to the communities on a subsidized basis to maximize the number of community members that can have access. The multi-building campuses will include: • Several Single Detached Homes which will be parsonages for the Sr Exegetes and Leaders of DWC when visiting the location; • Approximately 20+ bedrooms of transient member housing for members using campus facilities for 5-30 days; • A house of worship with broadcast center • A Computing Center • Classrooms & Labs for Corporate Certificate School • Studio space for Audio, Video (green screen & video wall) and Motion Capture • Live Broadcast Studio space • Broadcast Master Control Room • Indoor Performance and Event Broadcast Facility • Outdoor Performance Event Broadcast Facility • A Roadway Federal Credit Union Location The Reimagined DWC Community Campuses are the similar to the main DWC facilities. These Reimagined Community Campuses that will be located in the conversion of existing Single Building Shopping Malls that have a minimum of 4 Anchors Stores and cover in excess of 1M sq ft. and contain key elements of the outreach program. The infrastructure will be made available to the communities on a subsidized basis to maximize the number of community members that can have access. The single-building campuses will include: • Conversion of one of the Anchor Stores (typically 3 stories at 140,000 sq ft minimum) into Several parsonages for the Sr Exegetes and Leaders of DWC when visiting the location and the balance a combination of Subsidized apartments that are Studios, 1 bedrm, 2 bedrm, and 3 bedrm units for community members working and attending school at the campus. • A multi-denominational house of worship that is designed for both attendees & broadcast • A Computing Center • Classrooms & Labs for Corporate Certificate School • Studio space for Audio, Video (green screen & video wall) and Motion Capture • Live Broadcast Studio space • Broadcast Master Control Room • Indoor Performance and Event Broadcast Facility • A Roadway Federal Credit Union Location • Multiple groupings of culturally organized family run small business including: o Cultural Retail o Bespoke services and products o Cultural groceries o Cultural Restaurants o Training and rehearsal spaces / facilities o Reception and private event locations o Local manufacturing The DWC Member Partner Event Facilities are a small subset of the main DWC facilities and focus on the broadcast and events aspects of the campuses. Initially these facilities with be built on land owned by the partners with base designs from DWC and the Approved Vendor List (AVL) needed to operate the broadcast infrastructure. These initial partners have the common characteristics of: • Federally Recognized Indigenous People’s communities (Tribes) • Owner Operators of a Resort / Casino on their tribal lands • Have space to build a small audience (sub 10,000 seat) broadcast oriented outdoor event & community center • Have space to build a small audience (sub 7,500 seat) broadcast oriented indoor event & community center • The tribe has community members interested in workforce development for the operation of the new facilities • The tribe has community members interested in cultural preservation and promotion on the global stage These facilities will be financed internally from Roadway Intelligence from the donation and tithing revenue from the Roadway Intelligence lead community outreach program the Global Open Sports & Events Initiative (GOS) . The Global Open Sports & Events Initiative (GOS) [globalopensports.org] is focused on the development and deployment of NextGenTV (ATSC3.0) solutions for international broadcast in broadcast optimized event venues. The initiative is focusing on the operational cycle of bringing cultural, academic, and sports activities of underserved communities and disadvantaged communities. The shifting world situations can no longer support the development of technology solutions in a vacuum of the cultural, workforce, distribution, and economic aspects of the technology. GOS is focused on the creation of standards and interoperability solutions for the creation, implementation, training, and deployment of both live and VOD broadcast content, to a global stage. These solutions are being designed for NextGenTV and the production of content for the professional, amateur, educational, entertainment and gaming marketplaces. The GOS program is initially segmented into the categories of : • Infrastructure • Production • Distribution • Events We are seeking participation ranging from steering council down to product supplier for the program. Minimum term of participation is 3 years, continuation in 3 year terms EXCEPT for Events which are 5 year minimum and 5 year continuation terms.
