The Bay Area Technology School (BayTech) is a public charter school located in Oakland, California, United States. BayTech is a college prep middle and high school which serves 6th through 12th grade students from the East Bay Region. Our mission is to serve students from Oakland California, regardless of their economic state, by providing them world-class STEM education.

The Bay Area Technology School (BayTech) is a public charter school located in Oakland, California, United States. BayTech is a college prep middle and high school which serves 6th through 12th-grade students from the East Bay Region. Our school is housed in East Oakland, we have 330 students and nearly 80% of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch. We are the highest performing high school in East Oakland; roughly 100% of our seniors meet the UC a-g graduation requirement.
