Mission Statement
Bishop Kenny is a 4-year Catholic college preparatory school established in 1952. Operated by the Diocese of St. Augustine, it is located in Northeast Florida on the Southside of Jacksonville. Jacksonville is a metropolitan center with a population of over 1,000,000 people. Approximately 1200 students are enrolled in grades 9-12.
About This Cause
Bishop Kenny's student body of approximately 1200 is drawn from greater Jacksonville's diverse population of more than 1,000,000 and represents a broad range of economic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. The school welcomes all levels of academic ability, from average to honors, preparing each graduate to matriculate to an institution of higher education. Our mission is to partner with parents in the education and formation of their children by providing a culture of faith, personal enrichment and programs of high academic standards in which all students can achieve and excel as they prepare to college and life.
