Mission Statement
Our mission in conjunction with Transfiguration Lutheran Church is to provide a warm, loving, healthy, and safe Christian environment for our community. As children of God, we teach and model positive self-image, individuality, independence, and respect for other’s rights and properties. Children will be offered the opportunity to grow and develop spiritually, emotionally and physically.
About This Cause
TLC Early Learning Center has been in operation since 1985, serving the families of Bloomington and the southern Twin Cities metro area. TLC-ELC provides high-quality child care that has been recognized nationally as well as meeting the highest rating in the state of Minnesota. TLC-ELC is the only private, non-profit Christian, NAEYC nationally accredited, 4-Star Parent Aware child care program in Bloomington. TLC-ELC offers small group sizes, low teacher:child ratios, low teacher turn over and a long running administration team.
