The mission of the Catholic Health Care Foundation of the Archdiocese of New York is to enhance the quality of life and quality of care of the elderly, the disabled and the chronically ill served by ArchCare, the healthcare ministry of the Archdiocese of New York.

The foundation act for the benefit of and to support the Catholic Health Care System (dba ArchCare) and its affiliates, including but not limited to the following: · Carmel Richmond Nursing Home · Ferncliff Nursing Home · Mary Manning Walsh Home · St. Vincent de Paul Residence · Terence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center · Catholic Managed Long-Term Care (dba ArchCare Senior Life) · ArchCare Community Services, Inc. · Dominican Sisters Family Health Service (dba ArchCare at Home) · Catholic Special Needs Plan, LLC (dba ArchCare Advantage) · Providence Rest
