Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving elementary, middle, and high school students across the Greater Atlanta metro area.
We’re excited to host our Unity in the Community Back to School Bash on Saturday, July 26th, 2025, from 12 PM to 4 PM at Paul Mitchell the School – Atlanta.

This event is all about giving back providing school supplies, food, fun, and support to help local students start the school year strong.

We’re calling on volunteers and community partners who are passionate about serving youth. Whether you can help with school supply donations, food service, face painting, or just showing up with a heart to serve. We’d love to have you involved.

Ensemble, offrons du réconfort… une soupe à la fois.
Chaque année, des milliers de familles reçoivent un peu de réconfort dans un simple pot de soupe, ajouté aux paniers de Noël de Moisson Québec. Cette année, nous voyons plus grand.

L’objectif : préparer 12 000 soupes en pot lors d’une grande activité solidaire.

- À Moisson Québec (2909, avenue Kepler)
- 12 équipes de 5 à 15 personnes

Les entreprises peuvent offrir des soupes en achetant des étiquettes personnalisées collées directement sur les pots distribués. Chaque contribution permettra de redistribuer les soupes en pot aux familles dans le besoin de notre région.

Les entreprises qui ne participent pas à la confection peuvent aussi acheter un forfait pour profiter d’une visibilité unique et poser un geste solidaire pour la période des fêtes.

Opportunity Details

Our volunteers can pack over 1,400 emergency food boxes within our 2-hour shifts! Our boxes are then distributed all throughout Arizona to families needing assistance. Our packing events are great for team building, families, individuals, and students! Our volunteers help pack senior boxes, emergency food boxes, back packs for youth and tribal boxes.

Age Requirements: 12 years with an adult and 16 without an adult

Start Time: We will promptly begin our orientation 15 minutes prior to the shift start time.

Parking: when you arrive, we have volunteer directional signs that will guide you on where to park.

Dress Code: Sneakers or boots only. No sandals, flip flops, crocs, flats, or any shoe with an exposed foot. All shirts must have a short or long sleeve (no tank tops).

Lockers: We encourage you to leave belongings at home, lockers will be available if needed.

Verifying Hours: If you need hours to be verified, please check in on our tablets when you arrive. If you have paperwork that needs to be signed - our Volunteer Engagement team can sign after your shift.

Please Note: We have plenty of water for our volunteers. We do not allow any beverages other than water in our working areas.

Opportunity Details

Bucks County Housing Group operates three community gardens across Bucks County PA.

Two of these are currently growing fresh produce for at our food pantry locations in Penndel and Doylestown.

We are looking for teams of volunteers to connect with us to schedule time to help maintain the gardens and also assist in the food pantries.

This is a weekday opportunity.
