COACH
Serve as a role model for our youth. Become a baseball or softball coach. Commitment: Twice per week from March through early August for middle and high school. Six Saturdays ONLY in July and August for tee-ball league.

TUTOR
Empower young minds by becoming a tutor in our after-school program. Commitment: Once per week, for a minimum of 3 months (or partner with a colleague to volunteer two times per month as opposed to four).

MENTOR
Mentor an NYC-based college student during their freshman year. Commitment: One year.

Volunteer with kids and see a professional show for FREE at Seattle Repertory Theatre!

Seattle Repertory Theatre seeks volunteers to serve as theatre ushers for youths participating in the Rep’s Student Matinee program. Volunteer ushers must be comfortable directing large groups of 12- to 18-year-olds through our lobby and theatre spaces. This is a great way to witness firsthand the positive effects of arts engagement on middle- and high-school students. And as a special perk, ushers have the opportunity to see every show they volunteer for free of charge, with seven great titles and 11 Student Matinee performances during our 2018/19 season!

Volunteer shifts start at 9:30 a.m. and end around 1:00 p.m. depending on the duration of the show (if ushers are not staying for the performance, their shift will end at 10:30 a.m.). Approximately 3-4 ushers per show are needed, and we ask that volunteers sign up at least 4 weeks in advance. Opportunity Details

Our goal, with parents, Beta members, and volunteers is to thoroughly clean our campus. We are a recently built school that still has remenance of construction trash on the property. We want to beautify our property and make it appealing and welcoming to all.
