At Pi515, we equip all students with the necessary technological and professional skills to thrive in the digital age. Our Career Accelerator Program is a 10-week program that guides ninth and tenth grade high school students in the exploration of diverse tech-related careers. Students engage in conversation with volunteer speakers from various industries to develop digital literacy and interpersonal skills while engaging real-world technology applications.

As part of #Give2025, we are looking for a group of Microsoft volunteers to host a career panel. We are hoping for dynamic, engaging people who are excited to connect with our students! Job title(s) and department(s) may vary, and the group could be made of folks from the same or different specializations. We just ask that the individuals share their role, how technology supports their work, and any advice they have for students building toward their future professions. Speakers should expect to give a brief, informal presentation and then answer student questions.

2-5 volunteers needed. Dates are flexible, but panel will need to occur between 4:00-5:00p CT.

JA CareerIgnite is the culminating experience in Junior Achievement’s K–12 program continuum, designed to prepare high school students for life after graduation by connecting them to four postsecondary pathways: Employment, Enrollment, Enlistment, and Entrepreneurship. This immersive, site-based event helps students explore career opportunities, build confidence, and engage directly with industry professionals.

The upcoming JA CareerIgnite event will take place on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM at Franklin Central High School and will serve over 2,600 students in grades 10–12.

We are seeking a $1,500 budget request from BMO to help offset program costs, including curriculum, printing, event materials, and hospitality for volunteers and presenters.

JA is inviting five BMO employees to participate in the event through volunteer engagement to support event logistics:

- 2 to assist with company check-in and registration.

- 3 to escort company representatives to tables, help with setup, provide hospitality (refreshments, answering questions, and directing traffic).

If BMO would like to host a booth and be featured in a career pathway, we would welcome two additional volunteers who can stay until 2:00 PM to engage with students throughout the full event day—sharing your company’s story, highlighting the skills needed for success, promoting internships and future career opportunities, and inspiring the next generation of talent.

All volunteers are asked to wear business casual and come ready to warmly welcome our guests and students.

This opportunity is flexible based on BMO’s interest and availability. In appreciation of your support, we are happy to recognize BMO on event signage and marketing materials.

Thank you for considering this impactful opportunity to help shape the future workforce while introducing students to careers in financial services and beyond.

We are currently running two learning centers in West Delhi, serving around 250 children who attend daily for academic support as well as skill-building sessions in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Environmental Awareness, Mental Health, and more.

Our centers operate from Monday to Saturday. While weekdays (Monday to Friday) are focused on academic learning, Saturdays are dedicated to special awareness and skill-based sessions.

We are looking to engage passionate volunteers who are interested in conducting virtual sessions to share their expertise and help empower these children through knowledge and awareness.
