About This Cause
La Pine Community Health Center (LCHC) is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary medical care to all ages as well as x-ray, lab, health education, behavioral health and outreach services such as Oregon Health Plan enrollment, transportation and assistance purchasing prescriptions and durable medical equipment. LCHC has 3 locations with a service area of more than 25,000 residents. Many of the patients that we serve are uninsured or underinsured and need assistance in order to receive the medical care they deserve. Our services beyond primary medical care exist to close gaps in care and remove barriers that the patient may have.
