Mission Statement
The Children's Advocacy Center of East Central IL (CACECI) is a not for profit agency that provides a child-friendly environment for forensic interviews of children involved in child abuse investigations. The Center facility serves as a central location for providing the many services needed by child victims of sexual and/or severe physical abuse and to their non-offending, supportive family members or caregivers. Our mission is to minimize the trauma experienced by child victims and their caregivers as they move through our judicial system, to provide referral and advocacy services to the victims and their family/caregivers, and to promote prosecution of those responsible of such abuse through advocacy and case coordination with all involved agencies.
