The Atlanta Pyramid Meditation Academy is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support its mission of providing a free and welcoming space for meditation and community events. Volunteering at the new Meditation Center is a rewarding way to give back, meet like-minded individuals, and contribute to a meaningful cause.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Facility Support Volunteers:
- Assist with setting up and maintaining the meditation spaces.
- Arrange seating and ensure the environment is serene and welcoming.
- Help with cleaning and tidying up after events.
2. Hospitality Volunteers:
- Distribute water and snacks to participants as needed.
- Help manage food stations during large events.
- Ensure participants feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
3. Event Marketing and Promotion Volunteers:
- Spread awareness of upcoming events through flyers, posters, and digital media.
- Reach out to local businesses and community centers to display event information.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging posts to attract attendees.

Support research and analysis to allow for a comprehensive understanding of trends, vulnerabilities, and needs of affected populations. Support knowledge on data management contribute to the accuracy and security of sensitive information, enhancing the overall integrity of the program with CSOs and communities;
Support the development of the awareness campaign ensuring and addressing survivors' legal, emotional, and social needs while promoting gender-sensitive, inclusive, and survivor-centred approaches.
