The seminar features HOBY’s signature curriculum that provides participants with essential leadership skills focusing on three phases. Phase 1 focuses on personal leadership skills, Phase 2 focuses on group leadership skills, and Phase 3 focuses on global leadership. Each phase includes an educational module, keynote speaker or panel, and at least two reinforcement activities that allow students to apply the leadership skills in order to bolster their learning.
