BYOC needs a marketing team to promote the work we do broadly across the Greater Cincinnati community. BYOC needs photographers, videographers, social media marketers and grass roots marketers.

BYOC has worked with over 1000 youth since 2014 but is still unknown to many. We need to increase our presence in the community which will help us reach more youth and build our donor and grant base.

BYOC worked with 150 youth during 2023 and having a team of marketing volunteers can help spread the word at events and venues on a much larger scale than is done today.

BYOC held its first summit (Youth Tech Explosion) for youth and their parents in December 2022 with 100 people in attendance. BYOC is having an positive impact on the community with limited funds and resources. Increasing those funds and resources will allow us to have a much bigger impact on underserved youth. To do that we need to raise funds for more scholarships and a larger staff. This marketing team will be key in achieving that.

With most of our staff in Eastern Europe, we person(s) who want to be part of creating awareness about the wonderful work Roads of Hope is doing with Ukrainian refugees and orphans, particularly in our fight against human traffickers.

Given out grab bags, to visitors of our fundraiser displaying hats, t-shirt, cups to help us to continue our yearly Fundraiser.
